About Us
The idea for Parsons was born several years ago and is from the same owners of the ten tills across the street. Will and Ian have always loved classic English seafood restaurants and wanted to create something new and exciting where wine and prepared seafood play an equally important part in the experience. The two have created an unpretentious and fun restaurant where one is just as happy to drop in for a glass of wine and some oysters as one is to sit down for a more extended meal. The name Parsons is a sentimental dedication to the mothers of Will and Ian, who coincidentally share the same maiden name.
