Following on from their first gig – Matt’s very own wedding – a year of buzz-generating parties, festivals, street food markets, pop-ups and brewery collaborations later, that dream became a reality in July 2017 with the opening of the first permanent Oystermen Seafood Bar & Kitchen in Covent Garden.
